Throughout the football season, Habersham EMC powers our Linemen of the Week. This week’s winners are Ashley Eckert (Jefferson) for the O-Line and Jermiah Mintz (Commerce) for the D-Line.

ASHLEY ECKERT – JEFFERSON

One of the top linemen in the state, Ashely Eckert put up the highest grade of the season for any Dragons player. The senior offensive tackle graded out at 94%. This is his fourth career POW award.

JERMIAH MINTZ – COMMERCE

Jermiah Mintz is a man among boys. This past Friday’s win over Madison County, he proved that. The Commerce senior defensive tackle had video game like numbers – 15 tackles, 6 tackles for loss, a fumble recovery, and a blocked field goal. Have a day Jermiah! This is his second POW award.
