The Player of the Week award winners from volleyball are Ansley Loudermilk (Habersham Central) and Emilie Ekeberg (Union County). Loudermilk won the Fan Vote with 10,023 of the 20,576 total votes, while Ekeberg was the BLITZ Pick.
ANSLEY LOUDERMILK – HABERSHAM CENTRAL
Ansley Loudermilk had a solid week for the Lady Raiders. The Habersham Central junior setter posted 37 assists and 19 digs, and added nine kills and six aces. This is her first POW award.
EMILIE EKEBERG – UNION COUNTY
The Union County Lady Panthers are full of talent. Sophomore middle hitter Emilie Ekeberg is the latest example of that. She posted 17 kills and added four blocks for Union last week, and registered a very good .469 kill%. This is her first POW award.
