The BLITZ Cup is awarded annually since 2009-10 to one school in our coverage area that finishes the school year with the highest point total. Points are awarded for any and all sports, with points earned for winning seasons, region titles, state playoff berths, state rankings, Player of the Year awards and more!

Beginning 2017-18, the BLITZ Cup has been redesigned by Bob & Ted’s Trophy in Clarkesville to be a mobile award that will have the new winner etched on it, with the winning school claiming the trophy for one year until a new champion is named!
