The Player of the Week award winners from softball are Kenlee Hedge (Rabun County) and Elisabeth Frix (Dawson County). Hedge won the Fan Vote with 2,142 of the 3,591 total votes, while Frix was the BLITZ Pick.
KENLEE HEDGE – RABUN COUNTY
Senior Kenlee Hedge batted .625 last week with five hits to her credit. The Rabun County utility player notched a double as part of her efforts. This is her first POW award.
ELISABETH FRIX – DAWSON COUNTY
Senior Elisabeth Frix hit a ridiculous .750 for the Lady Tigers last week. The Dawson County right fielder had six hits, an RBI, five runs, and four stolen bases. This is her first POW award.
