Those finalists are: Paisley Cathey (Habersham Central), Addie Higbie (Tallulah Falls), Andrea Limehouse (Lumpkin County), Ella Parker (Jefferson), Hazen Ramey (White County), Jayden Taylor (Towns County), and Ivy Tolbert (Commerce).
