We let the public determine the Last Finalist for BLITZ Softball Player of the Year. After 32,425 votes poured in, it was overwhelmingly in support of Habersham Central senior Emma Forester (20,957 votes). The 8 finalists now up for BLITZ Player of the Year are: Jacy Ayers, Katelyn Boman, Sierra Burnette, Emma Forester, Mary Lovell, Natalie Shubert, Taylor Spivey, and Paige Vickery.

What’s Next? The finalists will NOT be open for public voting. Rather, our internal panel made up of media members, officials, etc will vote Heisman-style to determine the BLITZ Player of the Year.
