Region 8-A Recap: Commerce girls first, boys runner-up as CHS wins 12 events
The 8-A Region Championships, held at Social Circle on April 28, saw the Lady Tigers claim the region crown, while the boys were runner-up. A total of 12 events saw Commerce at the top. Ermay Vazquez had a pair of titles, while Trey Garnto, Lauren Pursley, Mason Gaddis, Paden Bell, Jacari Huff, Lambdin Hardy, Lauren Massey, and a trio of relay groups all came atop in their events.
