The highest-ranking individual is Rabun’s Gunner Stockton, who is 7TH in the state in passing after leading the last two weeks. Pierson Allison (Union) sits just behind him at 8TH. Union has 4 representatives, while Habersham, Rabun, and White all has 2, while Dawson and Stephens has 1.
