LB Kafsky is the straw that stirs the drink for Tallulah Falls. She’s the undisputed leader, and will have fellow returning starter Nora Mitchell to help retool a lineup with a lot of new faces.

PERSONNEL & STYLE OF PLAY

# of Returning Starters: 2

Key Players: LB Kafsky, Nora Mitchell

Key Departures: Lia Sanjur, Marta Beltran, Klara Dvorakova

Offensive Style: 5-Out

STRENGTHS & CHALLENGES

Strengths: “Willingness to work,” says Kimbrel.

Biggest Challenges: “Getting use to each other’s playing style.”

EXPECTATIONS

From the Coach: “To consistently go hard and leave it all on the court.”

From BLITZ: LB Kafsky is the key. Outside shooting is something that the Lady Indians need to find, and quickly. There are lots of newbies that will need to quickly elevate their game. TFS plays in a very talented region that includes Lakeview and Athens Christian, so there’s no easy road here.
