ETHAN WHEELER – HABERSHAM CENTRAL

Ethan Wheeler is a Swiss Army Knife that any team would love to have. The Habersham Central junior utility player hit .600 last week with six hits. He had four RBI, three runs, and a triple. He also went 1-0 with four strikeouts in four innings, walking just one. This is his first POW award.

TY TRUELOVE – RABUN COUNTY

Ty Truelove earns his fourth POW award of the school year (two in football, one in golf, and one in baseball). The Rabun County senior 1B/P hit .636 at the plate with seven hits, blasting a homer while notching three RBI, scoring four runs, and adding a double. All told, he registered a ridiculous 1.667 OPS. This is his 8th career POW award.

ASHTON ROACHE – TALLULAH FALLS

Ashton Roache takes his third career POW award and second this season. The Cal commit had an incredible performance, batting .600 with a homer, five RBI, four runs, and two stolen bases. That included breaking the school’s all-time hits record with a huge homerun, his third of the season.
