Last season saw the Lady Raiders make the state playoffs for a second straight time. The 16 wins were the most since the 2011 version that won 23 games. Coach Bill Bradley’s team got so hot at one point that it was ranked #9 in the state. While many key cogs in the machine are missing, there is still a good deal of talent that can come together to accomplish the same, or more.

Head Coach: Bill Bradley, 3rd Season
2020 Record:
16-14; State Rnd 1; #9 State Ranking

Personnel

Key Departures: Kyla Quiles, PresLee Hix, Kilee Thomas, Brayden Staton

Key Returning Players: Taylor Wade, Hailey Wade, Bailey Barfield, Kelsey Banks, Emma Forrester

There are several players departing that will leave a lot to be desired. However, the duo of Taylor and Hailey Wade by itself gives the lineup quite the boost, along with the leadership that comes with it. Several other young players will need to step up and show early that they are ready for the pressure that comes with being a leader on and off the field.

Strengths & Areas of Focus

Strengths: Experience. Several players on the team have now been part of back-to-back playoff teams, so that experience should pay dividends.

Focusing On: Finding leaders within the younger players on the roster
