Rabun County Wildcats senior quarterback, on the heels of an historic 2017 season that culminated in a state championship appearance, has committed to play at Tennessee Tech University for the Golden Eagles beginning in Fall 2018.

For Fisher, he had been fielding offers for quite some time. The Wildcats legend went an unbelievable 36-4 as a starter, with three of those losses coming in the state quarterfinals or deeper.

He closed his career with 113 TD passes, fourth most all-time in state history, and 9,383 yards, sixth most all-time. He tallied 170 career touchdowns (113 passing, 57 rushing), while rushing for 3,075 yards, giving him a total of 12,458 total yards of offense. He was named BLITZ Player of the Year in each of the past three seasons.

Tennessee Tech currently has four quarterbacks (not counting Fisher) on the roster, including a rising senior and three redshirt-freshmen heading into their sophomore seasons. Andre Sale (R-Fr) threw 1,520 yards with 8 TD to 10 INT for the Golden Eagles, while rising senior Luke Ward threw for 503 yards and 5 TD.
