Alexis Miller (Commerce), Jenna Rapp (Jefferson), Izzy Anthros (Union County), and Ryann Coleman (Habersham Central) were named the first 2026 Softball Player of the Week award winners. Miller won the Fan Vote with 11,993 of the 24,996 total votes, while Rapp, Anthros, and Coleman were named the BLITZ Picks.

ALEXIS MILLER – COMMERCE

Alexis Miller led Commerce at the plate last week. The sophomore batted .636 after notching seven hits, driving in four runs as well. This is her first POW award.

JENNA RAPP – JEFFERSON

Jenna Rapp is more than deserving of Player of the Week honors. The senior shortstop and Auburn commit, hit .700 by going 7-for-10 at the plate. She bashed six homeruns, had 11 RBI, scored 11 runs, and drew six walks while swiping three bases. This is the fourth career POW award for the back-to-back reigning BLITZ POY!

Crystal Award
For those who really want to showcase a BLITZ award, you can order a Crystal Trophy for Player of the Year, Hall of Fame, or even Player of the Week if you’d like.

IZZY ANTHROS – UNION COUNTY

Izzy Anthros is used to doing a lot of everything for Union County. The senior, who is committed to UNC Charlotte to play at the DI level, is showing why she’s worthy of the hype. She went 2-0 with a spotless 0.00 ERA and 18 K in just 10 innings of work, and hit .778 with four RBI and four doubles. This is her fifth career POW award.

RYANN COLEMAN – HABERSHAM CENTRAL

We have a freshman phenom – and it may not be too early to declare that. The Lady Raiders’ Ryann Coleman hit .375 in her first games as a varsity player, as the infielder blasted two homeruns (one inside-the-park), notched five RBI, and scored twice in just two games for Habersham. This is only the beginning.
