Hab Central had its best season in nearly a couple of decades, and with a bulk of the talent rolling it back for an encore, the expectations are as high as ever before.

Head Coach: Benji Harrison (12th Season)
2025 Record: 7-4; Region RU; State RND 1

2026 SCHEDULE – HABERSHAM CENTRAL

PERSONNEL & SCHEMES

Key Departures: Donovan Warren, Tylon Davis, Jackson Adams, Sawyer Burgess, Camden Meads

Returning Starters: 7 on offense; 8 on defense

Key Returning Players: Paris Wilbanks, Jay Feltus, CJ Davis, Noah Harkins, Griffin Cunningham, Drake Roland, Parks York, KJ Murray, Sutton Porter

Up & Coming Players: Braiden Shook

Offense: Spread
Paris Wilbanks is eyeing a 3,000-yard passing season and looks to air it out and run it a lot more. The RB-by-committee approach will feature sophomore Braiden Shook, who has big-play ability. At WR, Jay Feltus, Drake Roland, and even CJ Davis will get plenty of chances.

Defense: 3-3
It might be a bit of a new scheme coming in, but the Raiders will have a handful of guys such as CJ Davis, Griffin Cunningham, Parks York, Noah Harkins, and Sutton Porter all capable of producing near 100 tackles.

Trenches: Hab Central will have to replace three guys on the OL, so that’s something to look out for. The DL is mostly intact. Waylon Henson (OT) and Kris Hopkins (OT) are key guys in the trenches on the O-Line, while JJ Rucker (DE) will anchor the D-Line.

STRENGTHS & AREAS OF FOCUS

Strengths: Having 32 seniors is huge! That familiarity and experience might be the biggest strength for this team. There are no glaring weak spots, and while the offense is fantastic, this defense might have a say in being one of the top units in program history.

Focusing On: Being disciplined and being tough. The region gets tougher this year, and the Raiders want to be the best versions of themselves and be in a position for a region title and deep playoff run.
