Roman Belardo is one of the all-time best for Jefferson and in the state of Georgia. Wrestling at the 138-lb level, the Dragon went 4-for-4 with state titles. He finished with a sparkling 168-17 overall record, and goes on to Appalachian State University for grapple at the next level. (114 votes)

GRETA GARBUZOVAS

Greta Garbuzovas is a 4-time state champion and one of the best girls wrestlers in the BLITZ area ever. Grappling at the 140-lb level, she almost never lost – going 144-4 overall in what is nothing short of a stellar career. She’s one of the first-ever in Georgia for girls wrestling to be a 4-time state champ, and also has a pair of national championships to her credit. (150 votes)
