We started with a huge list of 42 baseball standouts for POY Nominees. We’ve successfully whittled it down to seven finalists: Landry Boling, Maverick Chitwood, Alex Freeman, Easton Gailey, Maddox Patton, Ashton Roache, and Gaven Sears.

Now, there’s still a chance to get one more player from the original nominees list to join the finalist group. The Fan Vote for ‘Last Finalist’ is open below, and contains some players who just missed our initial finalist cut. Following the ‘Last Finalist’ selection, our internal voting panel will vote Heisman-style for the winner.
