The BLITZ Girls Soccer Players of the Week are Ruth Lopez (Dawson) and Marta Beltran (Tallulah).

RUTH LOPEZ – DAWSON COUNTY

Ruth Lopez was a huge part of the first round win for Dawson County. The sophomore center mid had a goal and assist for the Lady Tigers, and takes her first POW award.

MARTA BELTRAN – TALLULAH FALLS

Marta Beltran had a career-best four goals for the Lady Indians in their win last week. The Tallulah Falls sophomore midfielder had her first overall hat trick, and earns her first POW award as well. She becomes the 200th all-time POW for Tallulah Falls in BLITZ history.
