Baseball – Habersham Central Raiders

Habersham Central (21-8) won its final five games of the regular season, marking a new school record for wins in a regular season. The Raiders hammered down a Region RU finish, which gives them a first round home playoff series.

Boys Soccer – Lumpkin County Indians

The Indians (10-4) got back-to-back wins to take that momentum forward to the playoffs. Lumpkin County last week beat powerhouse Union County, the #3 team in the state, in PKs for a 2-1 win.

Girls Soccer – Jefferson Lady Dragons

The Lady Dragons (12-2) secured a Region RU finish with four straight wins heading into the playoffs. That included a thrilling 3-2 win over North Oconee last week.
