HOUSTON HENRY – UNION COUNTY
The Panthers got 22 points from leader Houston Henry in the Elite 8, then 24 in the Final 4 to reach the State Championship. The senior guard averaged 23.0 in the last two games for Union County, who will play in their second-ever title game. This is Henry’s 8th career POW award.

REESE MURPHY – BANKS COUNTY
What a finish for Banks County in the Final 4. In overtime, senior wing Reese Murphy got a bucket to go in the closing seconds, then stole an inbound pass and got another one to help send the game to OT. From there, the Lady Leopards won. Across the Elite 8 (20 points) and Final 4, Murphy averaged 19 per game. This is her 5th career POW award. Banks County will play in their second title game in three years.
