Demore, Crabbe earn Golfer of the Week awards
The BLITZ Golfers of the Week Fan Vote was won by Chan Demore (Habersham Central) after taking 7,029 of the 15,080 total votes. BLITZ also named Banks County’s Nate Crabbe as Co-POW.
CHAN DEMORE – HABERSHAM CENTRAL
Habersham Central’s Chan Demore claims his first-ever Golfer of the Week award. The junior fired a 37 for the Raiders against Hart County last week. Demore also is the 300th BLITZ POW award of the 2022-23 school year, and is the 500th junior all-time to claim a weekly award.

NATE CRABBE – BANKS COUNTY
Nate Crabbe continues to have a solid senior season. The Banks County golfer had a 3-under 33 against Commerce and Rabun last week to claim low medalist honors, and also carded an 82 at the Granite City Classic, helping the Leopards to a 3rd-place team finish. This is Crabbe’s second career POW award.
