Rowe, Eller earn Golfer of the Week awards
The BLITZ Golfers of the Week were named by BLITZ as Habersham Central’s Jack Rowe and Makenna Eller.
JACK ROWE – HABERSHAM CENTRAL
It’s almost a shoe-in that Jack Rowe is the best boys golfer locally. The junior earns his second weekly award this season and fifth of his career, and the reigning BLITZ Golfer of the Year had a pair of 1st-place, low medalist performances for the Raiders last week. Rowe shot a 33 (-3) against White County and a 35 (-1) against Dawson County.

MAKENNA ELLER – HABERSHAM CENTRAL
Makenna Eller for the second time this season earns Golfer of the Week honors. The senior had a low medalist performance against North Forsyth, carding a personal-best 41 in the process.
