Vargas-Sanchez, Garnett take first-ever POW awards
The BLITZ Fan Vote for Girls Soccer Player of the Week was Daisy Vargas-Sanchez (Dawson County) after taking 14,546 of the 32,277 total votes. BLITZ then named Gabby Garnett (Jefferson) as Co-POW.
