We started out with 7 teams locally in the state tournament. That pool shrunk to 4 teams in the Sweet 16. Of those, 3 survived to play in the Elite 8 round, and ALL THREE advanced to the Final 4. All 3 were hosting in that Elite 8, and again they all hosted the Final 4 on Saturday. Now one remains and is playing for a state title!

The Lady Indians secured their first-ever state championship appearance with a 3-1 win over Mt. Pisgah, who came in as the #1-ranked team overall in the state.
