Chapa earns Runner of the Week award
BLITZ picked Miranda Chapa (Tallulah Falls) as the Runner of the Week.
MIRANDA CHAPA – TALLULAH FALLS
Miranda Chapa has consistently been the top Tallulah Falls runner in every meet this season. The senior has put in the hard work leading up to the 2022 campaign, and last week it showed out. She placed 51st among nearly 270 runners at the Mountain Invite at Unicoi with a near personal-best of 23:38. She then finished 16th at a Wesleyan meet with a 24:14. This is Chapa’s first POW award.
