The BLITZ Boys Soccer Player of the Week winners were named this time just by BLITZ (not up for public vote this time). BLITZ named both Tallulah Falls’ Sean Lynes, Jr. and Jefferson’s Cort McCormack as Co-POW.

SEAN LYNES, JR. – BLITZ PICK

Sean Lynes, Jr. continued his impressive senior season. The Indians forward notched another 6 goals and had time to dish out 2 assists in as many games for Tallulah Falls. For the season, Lynes, Jr. now has 19 goals, as he inches closer to the single-season school record of 24 set by Max Farris a year ago. This is his third POW award of the season.
