The BLITZ Golfer of the Week fan vote collected 3,346 total votes. The top vote-getter was Jefferson’s Tanner Bronnum with 1,811. BLITZ then chose Rabun County’s Connor Horton as co-POW.

TANNER BRONNUM – FAN VOTE

Jefferson senior Tanner Bronnum is on his farewell tour with the Dragons, and has high hopes of competing for a state title. He’s off to a great start, as he was twice under par last week, carding a 1-under 35 at Double Oaks, and a 1-under 71 in 18 holes at the Blue Devil Shootout. This is Bronnum’s second career POW award.

CONNOR HORTON – BLITZ PICK

Rabun County senior Connor Horton similarly has aspirations to be one of the state’s top golfers this season. He shot a 35 through 9 holes in his match last week, earning his second career POW award.
