Junior goal-scoring trio share POW honors

The BLITZ Girls Soccer Player of the Week Fan Vote collected 19,310 total votes, with Jayden Taylor (Towns County) taking 10,810 to win the POW Fan Vote. BLITZ then named Tallulah Falls’ Addie Higbie AND Habersham’s Sarah Clark as Co-POW.

Forward Jayden Taylor earns POW honors after notching a hat trick, picking up right where she left off from last season. The junior for Towns County claims her second POW award this year (one in XC) and 4th of her career.

ADDIE HIGBIE – BLITZ PICK

Tallulah Falls junior Addie Higbie is already smashing her own personal records, and coming close to some program records as well. The forward had 7 goals, including 5 in one game (one off school record), and added an assist for the Lady Indians last week. This is her first POW award.

SARAH CLARK – BLITZ PICK

Habersham’s Sarah Clark had a monster week for the Lady Raiders. The junior forward found the back of the net 2 times, including one that proved the game-winner. This is her 2nd POW award of her career.
