Patterson, Williams Named HEMC Linemen Of The Week

Jefferson’s Cole Patterson (OL) and White County’s Noah Williams (DL) have been named the Habersham EMC Linemen of the Week by BLITZ.

Jefferson’s Cole Patterson earns his first-ever POW award after a great performance leading the Dragons offense in the trenches. The senior graded high (95%-plus), and recorded 4 pancake blocks in the 45-7 win over Southside. He led the offense to 5 TDs and 189 rushing yards on 36 carries. Fun note, Patterson is the cousin of Marty Patterson, who was a Habersham Central Ring of Honor inductee.

Noah Williams certainly didn’t play like a freshman in a Warriors win over Pickens. The defensive lineman tallied 5 total tackles in a crucial win for White County to earn his first-ever POW award.
