Banks County’s freshman Kylee Brooks (5,617 votes) took 54% of the 10,414 votes to claim the BLITZ Softball Player of the Week award.

Freshman second baseman Kylee Brooks had a solid week during the #1-ranked Lady Leopards march toward a region title. She hit .800 at the plate, driving in a run and tallying a double. Her on base percentage registered at .833, while she slugged 1.000. This is Brooks’ first Player of the Week award.
