Raiders’ trench men named O-Line of Distinction

Weekly, Georgia High School Football Daily recognizes a handful of offensive line units that truly stood above the rest in their previous game. From Week 3 performances, it was Habersham Central’s offensive line that earned the recognition.

In a vital 42-28 win over White County at home, the line, which consists of Pierce Vickery, Lincoln Wright, Joshua Wade, Greg Wiley, and James Cassidy gave ample time for senior quarterback Ryte Woodruff to pass for over 300 yards and 2 TDs. The line also gave room for junior running back Jackson Clouatre to tear it up for over 140 yards and 2 TD. Woodruff also tallied 68 yards rushing with another pair of touchdowns.
More impressively, the men in the trenches did not allow a loss-of-yard play the entire 48 minutes. The Raiders finished with 237 yards rushing and 300 passing.
