The White County Warriors (11-6; 2-0) won a 40-39 low-scoring thriller on the road at Marist (6-10; 2-1), moving them to a perfect 2-0 in Region 7-AAAA.

The win also snaps a two-game losing streak for coach Sam Borg’s Warriors. Borg, with 11 wins so far on the season, is now 9 away from 100 for his career.
