The BLITZ Boys Basketball Players of the Week are Aidan Beasley (Banks), Jordan Richerson (Lumpkin), and Tucker Engert (Towns). Beasley won the Fan Vote with 2,182 of the 6,058 total votes. Richerson and Engert were the BLITZ Picks.

AIDAN BEASLEY – BANKS COUNTY

For the second time this year, freshman Aidan Beasley wins POW honors for Banks County. The point guard averaged 11.0 points and 3.0 rebounds last week for the Leopards.

JORDAN RICHERSON – LUMPKIN COUNTY

Sharpshooter Jordan Richerson dropped in nine triples last week for the #10-ranked Indians of Lumpkin County. The senior point guard averaged 22.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game in two contests. This is his first POW award.

TUCKER ENGERT – TOWNS COUNTY

Towns County’s statistical leader is sophomore Tucker Engert. The point guard was good for 27 points, six boards, four assists, and three steals in the Indians’ game last week. This is his fourth career BLITZ award.
