Girls Basketball – Banks County Lady Leopards

Banks County has reeled off four straight wins, beating Providence Christian and Elbert County the week before, and then this past week handing Commerce a rare loss (second time this year beating the rivals), and then stomping Oconee County. The Lady Leopards are 12-7 overall and 5-1 in region play.

Boys Basketball – Commerce Tigers

The new #1-ranked team in the state got back to work and beat both Banks County and Providence Christian in key region games. The Tigers are now 17-3 overall and 7-0 in region contests.
