Lilly Abbott has become the future and the now for Dawson County. The sophomore guard averaged 12.7 points, 8.7 boards, and 2.7 steals over a 3-game stretch last week for the #8-ranked Lady Tigers. This is her second POW award.

MILLIE SOUTHARDS – RABUN COUNTY


Millie Southards from game one to game 15 or so has already taken huge strides and plays like an upperclassman. The freshman had 19 points, nine rebounds, and nine steals against Commerce in a comeback win in overtime – which was a crucial region victory. With her near triple-double, she also had time to collect three assists. This is her second POW award.
