Our Game of the Week is a nice rivalry matchup between Lumpkin County and Dawson County. Each of the four teams has had a solid season to this point.

LUMPKIN VS DAWSON GIRLS

The Lady Indians come into this one eager for that first region win. While the season overall has been a huge step in the right direction, Lumpkin doesn’t want to drop to 0-3 in region play. Dawson County is coming off a nice win at Banks County recently. With some of the young guards such as Lilly Abbott and Baylee Green stepping up, there’s a lot to like about this top-10 ranked team.

LUMPKIN VS DAWSON BOYS

The Indians are atop the region and boast the 2nd-best offense, behind only Dawson County. Lumpkin is ranked top-10, and have the best defense in 6-AAA. The Tigers meanwhile have that top-scoring offense thanks in large part to Landon Lee, Brody Sorensen, and Corbin Cantrell, and have four straight wins coming in.
