Our Game of the Week is Banks County vs Dawson County in the Jingle Jam Classic Championship for our final games of 2025. All four of these teams are solid, particularly the girls squads.
BANKS VS DAWSON GIRLS
The Lady Leopards are the defending state runner-up. They haven’t had the W-L record they wanted, but Banks County is well-prepped for good competition with a tough schedule. They haven’t shied away from competition. After a 2-5 start, these girls have really rolled to five straight wins coming in to this one. Dawson meanwhile has won a couple in a row and is a top-10 ranked team at 8-3 overall. Both of these teams have great coaching, solid scoring options, and play a blue collar brand of ball.
BANKS VS DAWSON BOYS
The Leopards have won a couple in a row as they begin to turn a corner after a tough slate saw them drop four straight after opening the year 4-0. They can put up some points. Dawson County has also won two straight, and has one of the best players on the court in Landon Lee.

- The Lady Leopards must (1) gain quick momentum and hold it, (2) not allow second-chance points for Dawson, and (3) control the pace of play.
- The Lady Tigers must (1) wear down Banks and test the depth, (2) stretch the floor with a great shooting night, and (3) take the crowd out of it.
- BANKS/DAWSON BOYS
- The Leopards must (1) score early and often, (2) avoid foul trouble, and (3) make someone other than Landon Lee beat them.
- The Tigers must (1) get a fast start in which they hold a lead, (2) hit on a HIGH percentage of free throws, and (3) get the Leopards in foul trouble.
