ANSLEIGH VANDIVER – WHITE COUNTY

White County’s list of standout players just continues to grow. Freshman point guard Ansleigh Vandiver came up clutch as the #3-ranked Lady Warriors fought through sicknesses. She took advantage of the playing time with an average of 12.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.0 steals. That included a career-high of 24 points against Decatur. This is her first POW award.

ADDY BETH OWENS – RABUN COUNTY

Rabun County’s Addy Beth Owens takes her first-ever BLITZ POW award. The junior point guard averaged 16.3 points, 4.0 steals, and 3.3 assists while shooting 50% from deep. She earned Red Raider Classic Tournament MVP honors as well for the Lady Wildcats, ranked #6 in the state.

SCOTLYN FAIN – TOWNS COUNTY

Towns County has had a tough season overall, but senior guard/forward Scotlyn Fain has been as consistent as ever. She scored a career-high 35 points with 10 rebounds as part of an incredible double-double, adding a steal, block, and assist against Lake Oconee Academy.
