Strengths: “We’ve spent the offseason preparing both physically and mentally for the upcoming season,” says Cari Barrett. “We’ve dedicated a lot of time to becoming overall better athletes through weight room sessions, speed and agility training, conditioning, time on the field and in the cages. We’ve also been intentional about scheduling team meetings to help aid in our prep for the season. In saying that, I would say our biggest strength is having a team of true athletes that trust their abilities to be successful.”
