Will Bowen is a phenomenal golfer. He finished as the State Runner-Up and was the Area Champion. Five times he was a top-10 finisher this season in match play, and carded a 73 18-hole scoring average.

Dominant on the links, and in the voting. Bowen earned 11 of 12 1st-place votes, while White County’s JT Bunch had the only other top tally.

For only the second time, the award goes to a Commerce golfer, first done in 2019 by Jeremy Davis. Bowen is the fifth junior to claim it, and now will have a legitimate chance to be the fourth repeat winner if he can do it again next season.
