Carson Sosebee claims his second career POW award. The sophomore backstop hit .714 last week (five hits), notching a ridiculous 10 RBI and four extra-base hits (three doubles, one triple) for Dawson County.

CAM COOPER – BANKS COUNTY

Cam Cooper is a cheat code for Banks County. The Leopards’ senior outfielder/catcher tallied quite the jaw-dropping line in just three games: .625 AVG, 4 HR, 7 RBI, 9 R, 6 SB, 5 BB, 2.894 OPS. This is his first POW award.

CHASE POLLOCK – TALLULAH FALLS

Chase Pollock got the preseason #1 team back on track. After some rough team results, Tallulah Falls needed a win in a big way. That came against #8-ranked Walker. Pollock mowed down hitters throughout the lineup, carving out six strikeouts in as many innings while giving up just two hits and a walk. He got the dub and had a 1.17 ERA. This is his third career POW award.
