Since 2014, the Lady Indians have posted 10-plus wins and made the playoffs. Few teams can say the same. Lumpkin County has made back-to-back Sweet 16 runs, and in 2025 will be looking to duplicate or improve upon that type of run.

The Lady Indians will once again be in the mix for a region title. As great as this program has been, winning the region crown has been difficult as the region is stacked with some of the best teams Georgia has to offer. To that end, Lumpkin last won it in 2021, and finished Runner-Up in each of the past three seasons.
