The Indians are fresh off a bounce-back 2024 that included 10 wins and a Sweet 16 run. That team was extremely young, and now those veteran players are ready to accomplish more this time around.

Key Players: 9 Seniors – Wes Childers (GACA Preseason All-State), Jake Lloyd (Honorable Mention All-Region), Jose Lopez (Honorable Mention All-Region), Gavin Grizzle, Kyler Howell, Jake Porter, Kevin Raggi-Mendes, Antony Ramirez, and Will Routhier. Juniors Devin Alaverz and Logan Robinson and Sophomore Ridge Cole (Honorable Mention All-Region). Several other sophomores look to push for minutes as well, according to Howell.
Strengths: “We will lean on our Seniors to lead the team on and off the field,” adds Howell. “I believe we will have a lot of competition for playing time which should bring out the best in the entire team. We will play hard and compete in every match.”

“Every year we look to continue building a tradition of high quality soccer at Lumpkin and developing young men of character on and off the field,” states Howell. “This year will be a year of opportunity for many players to step into new roles on the varsity team. We want to compete in every match and make the state playoffs for the third year in a row.”
