Sophomore heavyweight Brody Schuette, grappling in the 285 LB bracket, was 3-1 last week with three pins to finish as Runner-Up in the Spartan Invitational. The sophomore is 27-7 on the season, and now has his first Wrestler of the Week award.

MIKE NICHOLS – LUMPKIN COUNTY

Mike Nichols was the Spartan Invitational Champion in the 190 LB bracket, as the Lumpkin County junior went 4-0. That includes notching his 100th career victory, and second BLITZ WOW award.
