24 ROY Nominees for Boys XC is what we started with. The finalist pool included 5 runners, and the fans got to choose the ‘Last Finalist.’ That winner was Jared Wade of Dawson County after receiving 450 of the 935 total votes. The finalists are: Brock Brush (Jefferson), CJ Jeffords (Jefferson), Teagan Penland (Tallulah Falls), Jared Wade (Dawson), Witt Windham (Lumpkin), and Wyatt Windham (Lumpkin).

What’s Next? The BLITZ internal voting panel, made up of local media members, former officials and coaches, etc will vote on the finalists Heisman-style to determine the winner.
