The BLITZ Boys XC Runners of the Week are Wyatt Windham (Lumpkin County) and Alex Brannon (White County). Windham won the Fan Vote with 854 of the 1,295 total votes. Brannon was the BLITZ Pick.

4 times this season, and now 12 times in his career, Wyatt Windham is the Runner or Athlete of the Week. The senior led Lumpkin County once again last week, coming in first with a 15:25 at the Kent Kramer Classic. Safe to say…Wyatt Windham is the best boys XC runner we’ve ever covered, and it’s not even close.

The amazing run continues for Teagan Penland this year. The TFS sophomore came in 4th place with a 17:03 at the Mountain Invite, earning his second POW award this year and third overall.
