WYATT WINDHAM – LUMPKIN COUNTY

For a second straight week, Lumpkin County’s GOAT, Wyatt Windham, earns Runner of the Week status. The senior owned the field at the North Georgia Championships, crossing the line first at 15:39. This is a milestone for Windham, who now has won 10 Runner/Athlete of the Week awards, becoming one of only 5 BLITZ athletes to earn double-digit weekly awards.

TEAGAN PENLAND – TALLULAH FALLS

Sophomore Teagan Penland is not only proving last year was no fluke, he’s putting those times in the rearview mirror. Tallulah Falls’ most consistent runner came in 6th-place last week in the North Georgia Championships with a time of 17:03. This is his second ROW award.
