Sophomore Olivia Henderson has gotten better! Look no further than her opening run this season, a 7th-place finish at the Northeast Georgia Championships. She crossed the line with a 22:13, which was 43 seconds better than her previous mark. A PR that drastic in the opening run bodes well for Henderson and Tallulah Falls. This is her first POW award.

WYATT WINDHAM – LUMPKIN COUNTY
Wyatt Windham is one of the all-time leading award winners for BLITZ. Get used to him winning even more in his final season at Lumpkin. The senior won his first meet (no surprise) with a 16:24 time at the Kosh Klassic. He earns his 9th career BLITZ POW award.
