Lumpkin County made a 6th straight playoff run last season and put up 17 wins. Coach Haley Dibble and her squad will look to extend the program’s golden era, but will need several young and inexperienced players to step up quickly.

Team Strengths: “We have a very young team this year, but they are full of heart and determination to be the best,” says Dibble. “We will be a stronger defensively minded team this year than we have in years past. I have a great group of girls who hustle and aren’t afraid to be aggressive with the ball.”

“We look to develop and keep a growth mindset,” adds Dibble. “With such young players, I am excited to see their bond grow as they learn how to play with each other on the court. I expect to be a contender in our tough region and make it back to the state tournament this season!”
