The Lady Tigers had a phenomenal run in 2023, winning 20 games for the first time since 2014 and making an appearance and winning a game in the Super Regionals. Gone is BLITZ Player of the Year Layne Bailey, but the lineup is absolutely loaded – and if someone can step up in the circle, this team should be among the best in our area.

Head Coach: Justin Rickett (4th Season)
2023 Record: 20-13; Region Runner-Up; State Supers (1-2); #7 State Ranking

Returning Starters: 8
Key Returners: Ace Cochran, Micah Burruss, Bryce Greenwood, Avery Heidt, Sadie Dotson, Lilly Hamilton, Aubree Smith, Hannah Walden
Key Departures: Layne Bailey

Team Strengths: “Athletic and we return more experience than we had coming into last year,” says Rickett. “Also returning several All-Region performers.”

“We expect to build off the experience from last year and find consistency in the circle,” adds Rickett. “Going to be important for us to stay together as a team through good times and bad times.”
