The Lady Leopards enter their fifth season. That’s pivotal for this still-young program. They’ve had early success (3 playoff runs including a first-ever Sweet 16 last year and a record 29 wins). They have a great coaching staff, support, etc. But now, 5 years in, there is real depth.

Key Returners: Shae Britt, Kimber Meister, Bryanna Hernandez, Emmie Chitwood, Shayna Vickery

“We have some upcoming players who were on JV last year and some upcoming freshmen who are going to help add depth to our team and allow us to play more versatile,” says LaHayne.
Key Departures: Addison Hoard, Lola Pruitt, Bacey Ausburn, Lillee Parson 

Team Strengths: “This season we are blessed to have younger players stepping up to fill the spots of our graduating group,” adds LaHayne. “I feel our net play is going to be strong and we are going to have a well rounded team this season. We have depth that we haven’t had previously since our program is so young but I see us finally turning that corner.”

“Our expectations are to have a winning season, be Area Champs, and make it further into the state playoffs,” states LaHayne.
